 Scrum Team A scrum team needs three specific roles 1>Product Owner 2>Scrum Master 3>Development Team Scrum team are cross functional, the development team include testers , designer , UX specialist and Ops engineers in addition to developers. Scrum Product Owner They are focused on understanding business, customer, and market requirements, then prioritizing the work to be done by the engineering team accordingly.  Build and manage the product backlog. Closely partner with the business and the team to ensure everyone understands the work items in the product backlog. Give the team clear guidance on which features to deliver next. Decide when to ship the product with a predisposition towards more frequent delivery. The product owner is not always the product manager .  What is agile planning? Agile planning is a project management style with an incremental, iterative approach. Instead of using in an in-depth plan from the start of the project—which is typically product related—Agile leaves room for requirement changes throughout and relies on constant feedback from end users. Over a defined period of time, cross-functional teams work on product iterations and achieving OKRs (objectives and key results), organizing their work into backlogs that focus on delivering value.
